Product-Specific Notes
Glass
Glass is an open source product based on a fork of Zed.
At this time, some optional Glass account, hosted AI, and subscription-related flows continue to rely on infrastructure operated by Zed. If your issue relates to one of those Zed-operated flows, you may also need to review Zed's own support, billing, privacy, or service documentation.
GPUI
GPUI is an open source framework. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through documentation, repository activity, and direct email contact where appropriate.
Glass Bot
Glass Bot support includes:
- account access questions
- subscription and billing support
- troubleshooting for hosted product features
- bug reports related to the app or add-in experience
Billing Support
For Glass Bot billing questions, include the following when you contact support:
- the email address associated with your account
- the date of the charge
- the last 4 digits of the payment method if available
- a short description of the issue
This helps reduce delays when investigating Stripe-related billing events.
Privacy and Security Requests
For privacy requests, email naaiyyyy@gmail.com with the subject line Privacy Request.
For security issues, email naaiyyyy@gmail.com with the subject line Security Issue and avoid posting sensitive details publicly.
Open Source and Product Feedback
For open source issues and general product feedback, GitHub may be the fastest path when the issue is not account-specific or sensitive.
Do not post private account details, payment details, API keys, or sensitive logs in public issues.
